Elizabeth Amy Szaraz Lux

November 7, 1963 — July 16, 2023

Beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and wife.

Survived by her husband, Vernon Buckley, children Catherine and Nicholas Lux and Joshua Bell,

grandson Jameson Lux, siblings Stephen C Szaraz (Gretchen) and Anne L Staats (Chris),

four nieces and nephews, and countless other family members and friends who loved her.

Preceded in death by her parents, Stephen J Szaraz and Irene B Szaraz.

Amy loved spending time with her family, reading, walking in the park, and thunderstorms.

She was the best mother, sister, grandmother, and wife any of us could have ever asked for

and will be forever missed.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Amy’s name to the American Cancer Society.

Per Amy’s wishes, no funeral service will be held, and the family will celebrate her life privately.
