MICHAEL J. "MICKEY" O'HAIRE, age 65

Beloved son of the late William and Olga E. (nee Rackitis). Dear brother of William A. (wife Christine). Cherished uncle of Bridget and Madeleine. Uncle and friend to many.

Mickey worked as a proud Pipefitter throughout his entire career. He was proud of his generational career and the city he grew up in and loved.

He will be remembered most for his kind heart and willingness to lend a helping hand to a friend or neighbor. Mickey was a true friend to his family and friends and genuinely enjoyed the simpler things in life. Mickey loved fishing, golfing, and enjoying a cold beer with friends.

He especially treasured relaxing days sitting by his pool listening to music or traveling to South Carolina to soak up the sun on the beach. While he will be deeply missed, his legacy of kindness, love, and laughter will live on in the hearts of his family and many many friends.

Interment Private. Friends may call at THE MAHER-MELBOURNE FUNERAL HOME, 5236 MAYFIELD ROAD, LYNDHURST (EAST OF RICHMOND ROAD) 3-6 PM WEDNESDAY WITH A SHORT SERVICE AT 6PM.
