Mildred C Brenkus

Mildred Brenkus, age 95, beloved wife of 55 years of the late Rev. Milan Brenkus. Loving mother of Linda Eisenstein (Robert Schnellbacher, deceased), Lawrence Brenkus (Catherine Dutro), & David Brenkus, dedicated grandmother of David Eisenstein, Harold Brenkus, Peter Dutro, & Robin Kuhns, great-grandmother of Scout, Myla, Wayland, Sarah, & Nicholas.

The daughter of Lithuanian immigrants Michael & Stella Ziegmont, she was the first in her family to go to college. She met her husband at the University of Chicago in the School of Social Work. She was a pastor's wife, social worker, and long-time member of Fairmount Presbyterian Church. Her passions were flowers, cooking, and family.

Memorial service July 3, 12:30 pm, at Fairmount Presbyterian Church, 2757 Fairmount Blvd., Cleveland Hts, OH, 44118.

The family requests that attendees wear masks. Donations in her name may be made to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank,
