Ronald "Ron" Craig Domeck departed this world from in his home on May 10, 2018 in Hudson, Ohio after just over a two year journey with a glioblastoma (brain tumor).
Ron was born on January 2nd, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio to his parents, Howard and Helen Domeck. He graduated from Case Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1968 and a Masters in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve in 1986.
He married his wife of nearly fifty years, Nancy L. Domeck, in 1968. He started his first job as an engineer with Warner and Swasey Company, then taking a role with Cleveland Crane prior to starting with Nook industries where his spend near 30 years.
Ron sat on the board of Daybreak production and was a member singing bass for the Men of Praise choir.
Ron retired in 2014 and dedicated the remainder of his time to with Mobility Worldwide, international student outreach, Bible translation with Wycliffe Bible Translators, and with his grandchildren as well has spending time at the family lake house working on his vintage MG's (1954 TF, 1960 MGA, 1970 MGB) automobiles.
Ron is survived by his son and daughter in-law; Jonathan and Catherine Domeck of Redmond, WA and his grandson, Blaise; his daughter, Meghan Domeck of Columbus, OH and granddaughter, Rylei; his Brother and Sister in-law, Doug and Audrey Domeck of Atlanta, GA; and his Sister and Brother in-law Laureyln and Rick Claybrook of Silver Spring, MD
Mr. Domeck will be buried in a private ceremony on May 15, 2018. A memorial service will take place on May 25 at 4 p.m. at Christ Community Chapel in Hudson, OH located at 750 W Streetsboro Street, Hudson, OH.
