Stuart M. Klein

Stuart M. Klein, PhD born May 25, 1931 passed away surrounded by his loving family on February 14, 2025. Stuart will be remembered by his wife Anne Wood, Children Rebecca, Daniel (Nancy Rubel), Michael (Kristen) and Jessica (Kevin Mooney). His grandchildren Joshua Garcia (Racheal Wilson), Henry, Sarah, Lil (Jax), Kayleigh and Nathaniel and his sister Deborah Klein (Ed Reilly). 

Stuart was born in Cleveland to his parents Helen and George. He was a graduate of Shaker Heights High School and then attended Kent State University where he met the love of his life. He was honorably discharged from the army in 1956. He went on to attend Cornell University where he earned his PhD in Psychology. He worked at IBM in NY State before moving to Lexington, KY where he began his career as a college professor. He then moved his family back to his hometown and was a professor in the Business College at Cleveland State University until retirement when he was awarded Professor Emeritus.

Stuart was a travel enthusiast, traveling with his wife all over the US as well as several overseas destinations. Stuart had a great love of family, enjoying his children and grandchildren. Stuart was an athlete, was an avid runner, cyclist and played basketball and baseball.

He will be greatly missed.
