2022. Dear brother of Michael (Lynn) Pereksta, William (Jan) Pereksta, James (Melissa) Pereksta, Albert
(Cathleen) Pereksta, and Katherine (Gary) Koczan, uncle to several nieces and nephews.
Interment Knollwood Cemetery, 1678 SOM Center Rd, Mayfield Hts. Family and friends are invited to meet at cemetery for a graveside service 1 pm Tuesday.
