Loving husband of Cynthia (Cindi) M Ciccotti, son of Thomas E Hough and the late Rose E Hough (nee Fiddler), brother of Justin Hough and Uncle of Micah and Levi Hough.  Troy leaves many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
 
He devoted much of his time and money to caring for animals including many cats and a couple of stray dogs. He was almost always seen in a truck with his dog Rosie who loved to travel with him. 
 
Life with Troy was always an adventure. He loved to go on road trips looking for deals on vehicles, equipment and vintage items that he collected.
 
He had an entrepreneurial spirit and had his hand in many businesses, Troy was very social, and was almost always on the phone talking business or checking on family and friends. He had a big personality and was prone to pranks. 
He was open to sharing his beliefs and was passionate about faith, food, festivals, family, animals, tractors, business and politics and would discuss/debate with anyone willing to engage him in conversation- including strangers.
 
Family and Friends are invited to gather for Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Saturday, November 12 at Holy Redeemer Church,
15712 Kipling Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110 followed by inurnment at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE MAHER MELBOURNE FUNERAL HOME, 5236 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST (EAST OF RICHMOND RD.) ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11 FROM 4-7 pm.
 
In lieu of flowers donations to the Cleveland APL or Angels for Animals would be appreciated.
